White-label EUDR software

Your EUDR service. Your brand. DDS submission software behind it.

Offer your clients a branded platform for submitting and managing Due Diligence Statements (DDS) through the EU EUDR Information System API. InvariTech provides the software and technical integration. Your team owns the client relationship and compliance service.

Built on our EUDR submission integration for Baldwin Global Consulting, serving European publishing supply chains.

For firms delivering EUDR services

A fit for consultancies and representatives handling recurring DDS work for operator clients, especially where the client structure resembles our publishing-supply-chain implementation.

Licensed platform, assisted deployment

Start with the existing core. We agree your branding, client workflow, configuration and any additional engineering before deployment. This is an assisted rollout, not instant self-service signup.

BGC implementation evidence

Submission integration built for Baldwin Global Consulting

InvariTech built Baldwin Global Consulting's EUDR submission integration for European publishing supply chains. That work is the foundation for the partner platform: agreed-input validation, DDS preparation and submission-response records.

In 2025, InvariTech completed the prescribed acceptance-environment conformance tests against the European Commission's TRACES NT EUDR Information System and recorded a pass. Self-declared integration test result; not an EU certification or endorsement.

The historical test result covers that integration. Each new deployment needs current access checks and acceptance tests for its agreed scope.

The partner model

One service relationship, with clear responsibilities.

The starting structure is InvariTech, your partner business and your operator clients. Each client has its own customer and data-provider relationships. We confirm those roles before configuring the platform.

  1. 01

    InvariTech supplies the technology

The licensed core, agreed configuration and EUDR API integration. Hosting, maintenance and technical support are defined in your agreement.

  2. 02

    You deliver your branded service

You contract with your clients and decide which preparation, review and submission tasks your team provides. The platform supports that agreed service model.

  3. 03

Your clients connect the supply-chain records

Data providers supply the inputs; customers receive the agreed information. We define who can see, supply, approve and receive each record for each client.

DDS submission and management

Connect the client record to the submission outcome.

The core job is interfacing with the EUDR Information System. During evaluation, we walk through the supported workflow and identify any changes your service requires.

Prepare and check the input

Map the agreed source data into a DDS and check required fields and formats before submission. Your team resolves missing evidence and makes the compliance decision.

Submit through the EUDR API

Send the approved DDS through the agreed API connection. Client identity, submission authority and access requirements are checked as part of deployment.

Follow the result

Keep submission responses associated with the source record. Agree how your team handles returned identifiers, failures, uncertain outcomes and supported corrections.

For technical evaluation, our EUDR API integration guide explains the interface and response-handling considerations. Compliance automation supports the process; it does not replace your due diligence judgement.

Deployment and support

Reuse the core. Scope the differences.

Similar client structures are the starting point for repeatable onboarding. New source formats, integrations or approval paths can add work; branding does not include unlimited customization.

1. Review one client workflow

Tell us who your clients are, what DDS work you do for them and how you handle it today. We show the relevant workflow and establish whether the current platform fits.

2. Agree the partner deployment

Your proposal separates the license and launch work from recurring operation and support. It names included configuration, additional engineering, dependencies and acceptance criteria.

3. Test, onboard and operate

Test representative records and client access before production use. Agree training, support responsibilities and the process for adding further clients.

Review the implementation and handover process or deployment and security scoping before discussing your requirements.

Before choosing your EUDR platform

Can we offer the platform under our own brand?

Yes. The partner offer is a licensed white-label deployment through which you deliver your own EUDR services. Branding, client access and customization are agreed in scope. You retain the commercial relationship with your clients.

Does the software replace our compliance work?

No. It supports DDS preparation, submission and record management. It does not decide whether products are legally compliant or deforestation-free. Your service team and the operator retain their respective responsibilities for evidence, due diligence and approval.

Can we manage several operator clients?

The partner model is designed around multiple operator clients, each with its own records and relationships. We review your roles, client boundaries and approval requirements against the existing platform before agreeing the deployment. Materially different workflows are scoped separately.

Why use this alongside the official EUDR Information System?

The Commission provides its own portal and an API for managing statements in bulk. Our offer adds your branded client workflow and technical integration around that system. If the official portal already meets your operational needs, a separate platform may not be necessary.

What does it cost, and how long does onboarding take?

We quote an initial partner deployment and recurring operation and support. Client structure, input formats, integrations, workload and customization affect the scope. We confirm price and timing after checking fit; we do not promise a fixed launch date before reviewing those dependencies.

Can an operator enquire directly?

Yes. Explain your internal DDS workflow and who owns the compliance work. We assess whether a software deployment or an introduction to a service partner fits, while respecting existing partner relationships. Direct self-service signup is not available.

The official system and its bulk API are described by the European Commission. For regulation and access questions, start with our EUDR reference hub. InvariTech is the technology provider, not the regulator or your legal adviser.

Show us how you handle DDS for one client.

Tell us the number and type of operator clients you serve, the submission tasks you handle and the tools you use today. We will discuss platform fit and the information needed for a scoped proposal.
